How to Submit your Paper

Authors are advised to submit your abstract or full papers using Easychair Submission System. Please submit the manuscript as a PDF file. The file size should not exceed 10 MByte. Papers must be with no less than 5 pages, including text, references, tables and figures. Prepare your abstract or full paper by following the Abstract Template or the Paper Template.
Submission Policy

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission).
To be published in the international conference proceedings, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and present the same paper at the conference.


Submissions will be reviewed by both the conference committees and the IJIET editorial board, and accepted papers will be published into International Journal of Information and Education Technology as a special issue, which will be indexed by Scopus, Inspec, Electronic Journals Library, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc

Accepted abstracts will be invited for oral/poster presentations at the conference without publication.


Registration Instructions

One registration is valid only for one paper. Co-authors of a paper will also need to register in order to attend the conference. Participants who have no accepted papers should also register as a listener to attend the conference. Accepted papers will be published into International Journal of Information and Education Technology as a special issue if the payment has been made and at least one of authors will present the paper at the conference.

Each author registration covers at least 5 pages for one paper.

Standard and student registrations include: coffee breaks, USB proceedings, lunch, gala dinner and admissions to all the technical sessions.

Presenter Registration applies to participants who tends to make presentations of their papers without publications. Fast channel for Listener Registration is available.

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to and received by December 5, 2022. No refund will be provided after this date.
A certain amount of handling fee will be required for refund.
